• Reggie Summer Conditioning Program

    Summer Conditioning is open to all student-athletes at GLTS, including the Class of 2025. This free program is hosted by varsity coaches who will train the athletes in a variety of ways. The goal of the program is to prepare players for their upcoming season by increasing their muscular strength/endurance, cardio & flexibility. Through proper training, athletes will also develop/increase their power, speed, balance, agility, coordination and reaction time. Especially coming off this past year, we all know how important it is to be well conditioned and the direct impact it has with success on the field and the decrease rate of injuries it has for players. The Athletic Department cannot recommend this program enough, as we know the value it will have for you to achieve your goals this upcoming season. Come join us this summer! Go Reggies!

    BASIC INFORMATION
    Date: TUESDAY, July 6th - August 12th
    Time: 6:00pm - 8:00pm 
    Days: Monday - Thursday 
    Location: Turf Fields at GLTS
    Who Can Participate: ANY Student-Athlete at GLTS, including incoming freshman - Class of 2025
     

    TWO Requirements to Participate

    (1) Register on FamilyID with Parent/Guardian: FamilyID - GLTS Athletics

    (2) Provide a Valid Physical (within the past 13 months)
