Introduction to Welding: 250-hour training | Dates & Times TBA
Trainees will learn MIG (GMAW, TIG (GTAW), and Stick (SMAW) welding, as well as oxy-acetylene cutting. Basic shop math and basic blueprint reading will be covered. Weld process training will help trainees master different weld styles. Students will obtain their OSHA 10 and Hotworks certificates.
Introduction to Construction 300-hour training. Dates & Times TBA Students will learn the fundamental carpentry skills needed for an entry level position on a new residential or commercial new construction or renovation site. The course covers use of hand and power tools, assembly, installation of common materials and fasteners in framing, plus interior & exterior finishes. OSHA 10 + other certifications
Solar Installer Training: 300-hour training | October 21-Mar. 6th; Mon-Wed. 4-8PM Saturdays 8-2PM
Training will build on solar energy, electricity, and safety fundamentals by training to work with wires, circuits, and panels. Components of learning will include how to install solar panels, roof and ground mount systems, inverters, and will provide an in-depth understanding of solar energy systems.
