• We are offering two programs this summer for all athletes who are interested in participating. We are excited that Haus of Athletes will be running both programs. 

    Summer Conditioning:

    July 8th - August 15th 

    Monday - Thursday 

    4:00pm - 5:30pm 

    Transportation will be provided.  

    (bus routes will be posted on the Athletic Page on GLTS website) 

     

    Skill Development/Reggie Wellness: 

    July 8th - August 15th 

    5:30pm - 7:00pm

    Monday: Boys and Girls Soccer

    Tuesday: Girls Basketball

    Wednesday: Boys and Girls Volleyball

    Thursday: Football: On Tuesdays & Thursdays: August 6th, 8th, 13th & 15th. 

    Please note, football will also be participating in an additional program with Haus of Athletes starting in mid-June. Please contact Coach Sarkis for details.   

     

    Transportation will not be provided for the Skill Development/Reggie Wellness Program.

     

     

    Important Information:

    * You must register on Family ID to attend the program(s) with your parent/guardian

    * You can do one program or both programs

    * You must have a valid physical on file

    * Only GLTS students can attend - Class of 25', 26', 27' and 2028

    * No cost to attend

    * Both programs will be held at Greater Lawrence Technical School 

    * Transportation is only offered for Summer Conditioning

     

     

    Overview of Summer Conditioning:

    The goal of this program is to prepare players for their upcoming season by increasing their muscular strength/endurance, cardio & flexibility. Through proper training, athletes will also develop/increase their power, speed, balance, agility, coordination and reaction time. 

     

    Overview of Skill Development/Reggie Wellness

    Athletes will work with current and former college players/coaches in a specific sport (football, girls basketball, boys/girls soccer & boys/girls volleyball) to gain knowledge of the sport, increase their social, emotional and physical well-being and learn from their experiences. Throughout the program, coaches will be discussing nutrition, handling pressure, motivation/goals, resilience, fear of failing, confidence, managing emotions, commitment, college expectations and other areas within mindset coaching.

     

    These two programs are amazing opportunities to become healthier individuals and gain the knowledge and skills to be your best student-athlete possible. Hopefully, we will see you this summer - all are welcome, #ReggiePride!!
