Our School Community
Greater Lawrence Technical School is a regional technical high school serving the four communities of Andover (pop. 36,363; Median Income $155,252), Lawrence (87,954; $47,542), Methuen (53,241; $87,137), and North Andover (31,295; $120,954). The school is located in Andover, close to colleges, businesses, and industry. It is accessible by major highways and is situated in an area with significant growth of high-tech businesses and industry 28 miles from Boston.

Updated Admissions Policy
Massachusetts state regulations (603 CMR 4.00) require all state-designated career technical education (CTE) schools and programs to develop and implement admission, recruitment, and retention policies that comply with state and federal law, as well as relevant guidelines issued by the Massachusetts Department of Elementary and Secondary Education (DESE) and the U.S. Department of Education.
