🧠 Mental Health Care
For teens aged 12–24. Parental consent required for those under 18.
💊 Reproductive Health
For teens aged 12–24. Free and confidential care for teens 12–18.
- Reproductive exams, infection screenings, and reproductive health education
🥗 Nutritional Counseling
For teens aged 12–24. Parental consent required for those under 18.
- Individual and group counseling for obesity, obesity prevention, and sports nutrition
- Medical nutrition therapy

What the GLTS School Nurses handle:
- Caring for students for school-time illnesses
- Dismissing students who are ill or need to seek additional medical care
- Referring students to the Teen Health Center for care if necessary

Monday – Friday: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Closed on holidays, Thanksgiving Break, Christmas/New Year's Break, and February & April Vacations.
Summer Vacation: open limited hours.
How to Make a Referral
Anyone can make a referral to the Teen Health Center — faculty, parents, friends, or patients — by calling 978-686-8521 or stopping by to speak with the staff.
