School Health Services fosters the growth, development and educational achievement of Massachusetts' students by promoting their health and well-being. It monitors health status and identifies and addresses the unmet needs of students, families and school personnel.

All students are required to have an updated emergency form completed yearly:
If your student will be taking medication while in school, the below forms are required.
No student should be carrying their own medication unless cleared by the school nurse.

**All medications should be delivered to the nursing office by a parent or guardian.
Medications need to be in their original bottle with a prescription label.
COVID:
GLTS continues to follow DPH and DESE guidelines in regards to Covid. If your student is sick,
please keep them home.
