Parent Portal
We are pleased to inform you that Greater Lawrence Technical School is now able to provide you with online access to your students current grades, schedule, and attendance through PowerSchool.
To access this information, please follow these steps:
1) Open your internet browser, click on this link: GLTS PowerParent Portal or copy & paste this url: http://glts.powerschool.
2) Create your Username and Password and Link your student(s) to your account. Detailed instructions are linked here: (English) (Spanish)
3) If you did not receive the email with your student Access ID and Access Password please reach out to Ellen DeRosa in the Student Information Office (ederosa@glts.net)
4) Once you verify your account, you will be able to log into the parent portal and navigate grades, attendance, schedules, report cards, etc. for your student.
5) When finished, be sure to log off to protect your information.
Back to School Updates for 2025-2026
We hope you are enjoying a relaxing and fun-filled summer. After a successful first year as principal, I am thrilled to welcome you to the 2025–2026 school year. Our leadership team has been working diligently this summer to prepare for your arrival and ensure we continue to build on our school’s progress. We are excited to partner with you for what promises to be an outstanding year of growth and learning.

Grades 10–12: Wear last year’s shop shirts until new vendor is ready.
Grade 9: Free black t-shirt & sweatshirt at Orientation (Aug 28);
Plain black t-shirt also acceptable.

We're here to make sure your day goes as smoothly as possible, so you can focus on learning, building connections, and getting the most out of your time at GLTS.

Parent Connection Program
- Provide a permanent and welcoming place in schools where parents can learn about their child’s education as well as network with other parents.
- Demonstrate to parents that working with their child at home helps increase student achievement.
- Built parent capacity by providing relevant trainings and workshops in flexible schedules
- Provide support during parent-teacher conferences by offering specific education educational materials and resources in the different content areas that will supplement and enrich student learning.
- Show the importance of sharing a partnership among the staff, parents, student and the community in the building.
