Greater Lawrence Technical School
Commitment to Equity and Inclusion

Greater Lawrence Technical School (GLTS) is committed to providing a safe and respectful environment for all students and staff. Bullying, cyberbullying, retaliation, racism, discrimination, and harassment are strictly prohibited on school grounds, transportation, and at school events. These acts disrupt learning and widen achievement gaps, especially for vulnerable groups.

GLTS ensures all reports of such behavior are addressed through clear procedures for prevention, reporting, investigation, and intervention, in line with school policies, state laws, and civil rights protections.

Discrimination based on race, color, religion, ancestry, national origin, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, or any protected characteristic is not tolerated. GLTS actively promotes practices that foster inclusion, harmony, and a healthy learning environment conducive to success.

We work closely with students, families, staff, and the community to prevent and address bias-based misconduct. To report incidents, use the GLTS Incident Reporting Form.

All incidents of discrimination, bullying, harassment, or racism should be reported using the GLTS Incident Reporting Form for further action and resolution. Students, staff, or families who believe they have experienced such behavior are encouraged to file an incident report by clicking the link below.
